I started my legal search career in 2007, just pre-Lehman collapse, so suffice to say I’ve seen my fair share of market ups and downs! During my time in the industry I have worked for a number of different search firms, both in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, but I never felt that the firms I worked for set the standard for the kind of exceptional, consultative service that I wanted to provide for my candidates and clients. Therefore, CBPartners was born.

In setting up the firm I had a simple ethos: relationships are key. We take a long-term view; the team at CBPartners recognise that we shoulder a duty of care when it comes to guiding candidates and clients smoothly through the recruitment process.
